All boards and cleaned and treated with food grade mineral oil. So they are they pretty, but they are functional! YES you can use this! It is not just for show, it is food safe!

For proper maintenance, remember to clean it promptly; Hand Wash with soap and warm water, do not soak or put in the dishwasher. allow to air dry.  Occasionally apply mineral oil that helps stop it from drying out and keeps it looking great
