All boards and cleaned and treated with food grade mineral oil. So they are they pretty, but they are functional! YES you can use this! It is not just for show, it is food safe!
Hand Wash with warm water and soap, do not soak or put in the dishwasher.
We recommend a monthly dab of food grade mineral oil to keep wood from drying out and looking new!
